Se lleva a cabo mediante un horno de inducci\u00f3n en el que la viga se va trasladando y simult\u00e1nemante desde el exterior del horno se adquieren im\u00e1genes termogr\u00e1ficas que son analizadas en tiempo real por el sistema y enviando los datos al PLC del horno para su realimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">FECHA<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>Febrero existente de templado por inducci\u00f3n, consisti\u00f3 en llevar a cabo un dise\u00f1o Mec\u00e1nico para acoplar la c\u00e1mara termogr\u00e0fica evitando que la c\u00e1mara se afectara por las altas temperaturas que se alcanzan al interior del horno, por otra parte, el desarrollo del software en LabVIEW de an\u00e1lisis termogr\u00e1fico de acuerdo a las necesidades de esta aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Las im\u00e1genes termogr\u00e1ficas obtenidas con la c\u00e1mara FLIR, proveen al Software de an\u00e1lisis la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para llevar a cabo, c\u00e1lculos aritm\u00e9ticos, alarmas de proceso, registro de datos, guardado de secuencia de im\u00e1genes y env\u00edo de resultados al PLC de control del horno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \n\n\t<div inducci\u00f3n es una parte fundamental, por ello la elecci\u00f3n de un protocolo de comunicaci\u00f3n industrial entre ambos sistemas es una de las claves de este proyecto, logrando enviar y recibir
