The complete design of each station was carried out by a multidisciplinary engineering team and included mechanical frame design, LabVIEW software development, fixture design, electrical design of the entire system, and full assembly.
The equipment is designed to verify voltage and current measurements as the sequence progresses.
Various equipment was integrated, including Rigol programmable power supplies, MOXA ioLogik industrial I/O devices via Modbus, GW INSTEK multifunction measurement equipment, and HiPot testers.
Need
Verify voltage and current measurements of the DOMETIC RELAY CONTROL device.
Solution
Develop an off-line bench for manual loading but automatic test sequence.
