The comprehensive design of each station was carried out by a multidisciplinary team of engineers and consisted of the mechanical design of the frame, the development of software in LabVIEW, the design of the modifications to the INGUN fixtures, the electrical design of the entire assembly, and the entire assembly.
The equipment is designed to verify voltage and current measurements as the power supply and control power supply are activated to power a blower. Once the test is complete, the data is uploaded from LabVIEW to the iTAC traceability platform.
Different equipment was integrated, such as Rigol programmable power supplies, MOXA ioLogik Modbus industrial I/O devices, GW INSTEK multifunction measuring equipment and signal generator, and Keyence code readers.
Check voltage and current measurements of the electronic control board of a blower, according to the test specifications provided by the customer.
Develop an off-line bench for manual loading but automatic test sequence.
