The comprehensive design of this station was carried out by a multidisciplinary team of engineers and consisted of the mechanical design of the frame, the development of software in LabVIEW, the design of the modifications to the INGUN fixtures, the electrical design of the entire assembly, and the entire assembly.
The device is designed to verify voltage and current measurements, and to write and read EEPROM parameters via LIN communication. Once the test is complete, the data is uploaded from LabVIEW to the iTAC traceability platform.
Different equipment was integrated, such as a BK PRECISION programmable power supply, MOXA ioLogik Modbus industrial I/O devices and a GW INSTEK multifunction measuring equipment, Keyence code readers and a LIN bus interface.
Check operation, voltages and current consumption of electronic boards of NISSAN vehicle heating and system, as well as reading and writing EEPROM parameters.
Develop an off-line bench for manual loading but automatic test sequence.
