The complete station design was carried out by a multidisciplinary engineering team and included mechanical frame design, LabVIEW software development, fixture design, electrical design of the entire system, and full assembly.
The equipment is designed to verify voltage and current measurements as the power supply is activated and signals simulating motor behavior are generated. Once the test is completed, the measurement data is stored in a datalog.
Various equipment was integrated, including a BK PRECISION programmable power supply and an NI-DAQ multifunction signal acquisition system.

Develop an offline desktop test bench with manual loading.
