The comprehensive design of the station was carried out by a multidisciplinary team of engineers and consisted of the mechanical design of the frame, the development of software in LabVIEW, the design of the fixture, the electrical design of the entire assembly, and the entire assembly.
The equipment is designed to verify voltage and current measurements when the voltage source is activated and signals are generated simulating the behavior of a motor. Once the test is complete, the measurement data is stored in a data log, and two labels are printed for placement on the part.
Various equipment was integrated, including a BK PRECISION programmable power supply and an NI-DAQ multifunction signal acquisition system.

Develop an offline desktop test bench with manual loading.
