The program displays the main camera image and a secondary image showing the film roll detection. It also provides a graph of the temperatures along the entire roll and a table with numerical data for maximum, minimum, and average temperatures for each zone of the roll.
The camera used was a TELEDYNE FLIR A70.
Need
Monitoring temperature in sections of the paper roll manufacturing process.
Solution
Develop thermographic monitoring software and integrate the necessary hardware into an existing machine without interfering with its functionality, achieving contactless, real-time and accurate measurements.
